We experienced the pain of Headcount Planning first hand - and decided to fix it.

"As an FP&A manager, I sat together with Talent Acquisition (TA) every quarter and we went over the development of the hiring plan. It was my goal to update the budget and take all the newly planned salaries into account - every SaaS company's biggest cost item. This process was highly error prone and occupied a lot of my and the TA team's time. I decided to create a software that tackles this problem.

Kevin, Jakob & I started sitting together to explore the problem. Soon we understood the intricacies of Headcount Planning from two perspectives: Finance & HR.

When interviewing more than 50 domain experts in Scale Ups, we found that almost all scaling companies face the same issue: People data is rarely consistent and completely spread in various places, making it a huge pain to anwer even the most high level questions around their companies' biggest cost item.
